Delivery times shown are estimates only. We will make reasonable efforts to meet delivery estimates but will not be liable for any delay. You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. If you opt for in-store pickup, please bring your order confirmation when collecting your purchase.

6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and photos of the item. Refunds or exchanges will be processed after verification. Perishable goods may have different return rules — please contact us for specifics.
